Studio Red: Strength Series

Build the strength to achieve your first push-up, first chin-up and strongest deadlift yet.

Starting 7 July, Studio Red: Strength Series is an 8-week progressive training program designed to help women build real, measurable strength through consistency, coaching and community.

Whether you've never stepped into a strength class before or you're ready to take your training to the next level, this program will give you the structure and accountability needed to get stronger.

HOW IT WORKS

The Strength Series runs for 8 weeks 7 July to 31 August.

Each week you'll complete:

• 2 x Red Strength classes
• 1 x Red Sculpt class

Our coaching team will guide you through progressive strength training designed to improve your technique, confidence and overall strength.
