What To Bring

  • Water bottle

  • Sweat towel (available to purchase in-studio)

  • Comfortable workout clothing. Top (sports bra, singlet etc) & bottoms (shorts, pants etc) must be worn.

  • No bikinis or underwear.

  • No mat required.

  • No shoes required.
